What do I get with a takeoff?

A spreadsheet of quantities organized by system or area, plus a PDF summary. Priced estimates for mechanical, plumbing and HVAC add local material and labour pricing for the job's region.

Do you work with contractors outside Ontario?

Yes. We serve contractors across Canada and the US. You upload drawings online and we deliver files by email, so location doesn't matter. Ontario is our home base and a particular strength.

Do you price US jobs?

Yes. Quantity takeoffs work anywhere. Priced mechanical, plumbing and HVAC estimates use local US labour and material pricing for the job's region. Prices are in CAD; US cards are accepted and your bank handles the conversion.

Which trades do you cover?

Quantity takeoffs for all trades. Full priced estimates are offered for mechanical, plumbing and HVAC only.

How fast is turnaround?

Usually 24–72 hours depending on size. Rush is available: +35% for next day, +60% for same day.

How does payment work?

Jobs under $600 are paid upfront. Jobs at $600 and up take a 50% deposit, with the balance due on delivery. One revision is included.

Do you submit bids for me?

No. You get the numbers, and you and your team stay in charge of the bid.

Are the templates editable?

Yes. The PDFs are fillable in free Adobe Acrobat Reader, and the Excel workbook is fully editable.

Where do the tender alerts come from?
